Former Midfielder,Kwaku Duah nicknamed ‘Boccande’ has received financial assistance from the US based Supporters group,Circle 001.
The 44-year old who suffered multiple injuries during his time with the club from 1992-95 has been battling with a foot injury which he recently undergone a surgery.
The group which has come to the Aid of former ex-footballers of the club ,presented a cash of 3240 Cedis to the once workaholic midfielder who shared the dressing room with former Black Stars Coach, Akwasi Appiah who was his captain as they won the league, SWAG Cup among others.
Boccande as he was affectionately called, Thanked the group for their gesture.
The presentation was done on behalf of the Group by first vice Chairman of the NCC Nana Kwame Dankwah and Adu Acheampong.
